“Hello!” from ‘Harry’

Well… here he is after all the drama!

‘Harry’ is now happily installed aboard ‘Free’

I managed to connect him up to the old radiator system without a plumber’s bill in sight. It’s so lovely when you can do these things yourself without the inevitable inhalation of breath that would normally follow!

The price of diesel does make him expensive; thus necessary to run as economically as the weather allows. He can drink as much as €6 euros per night.

I have installed a fuel tank to monitor the flow as you can see from the picture.

About Viking Queen

I am a sailor and I live on my boat 'Free'. I have no home but originate from Tyneside. I have no allegiance, just a desire to do no harm and live with courage and an open heart.

    a fine looking gentleman who will do you proud if not a bit costly

  4. Viking Queen says:

    But like many men (not all), all shiny on the outside/surface, and expensive to your health on the inside. Polished so they can look at themselves while deceiving you. Remember Carly Simon on James Taylor?…. ‘You took one look in the mirror and watched yourself survive…’

    Well, that looks a fine specimen! Good for you getting it all working again. When you’ve got warmth, then the colour floods back in……….
    See you very soon! Love Penx

    True, oh so true. Clear thinking while tinkering with the most basic of all necessities, warmth. You appear to like splicing ideas into strong rope, perfect for ‘Free’;
